Know Limit’s SUCCESS Leadership Program combines the power of hands-on learning and career exploration. The core program is a five-day leadership development symposium held in Washington, DC. Following the five-days, Know Limit does what other leadership and academic camps do not. We offer three months of post program leadership and academic coaching – at no extra cost.

• Practice Core Leadership Skills – The SUCCESS program will provide multiple opportunities for you to practice core leadership skills such as team-building, time management, public speaking and problem solving. During the program you will develop critical thinking skills to assess career options, learn to lead, and set out a plan to implement the objective of your choice.

• Real World Career Exploration – Choosing a career is more than choosing a major or choosing a job. The SUCCESS program is an opportunity for self-assessment as well as an opportunity to speak with professionals in a variety of career fields to assess options. We invite experts from different professional fields to share their own stories of SUCCESS.

• Experience DC 2020 the Workplace of the Future – The Washington, DC metropolitan region is poised to prosper and grow into the next decade – just as you will be graduating college and starting your career. The city is no longer just the seat of American government, but it is becoming a hub for innovators, entrepreneurs and the leaders of tomorrow. The SUCCESS program offers you a look at the advantages to studying, working, living and thriving in Washington, DC. Beyond that, we will encourage you to look deeper into DC’s recent growth to be able to identify those trends in other cities.

• College Admissions & Financing Guidance – Unlike other programs, your experience directly supports college success. High School students who are well prepared for College finish in 4 years instead of 5 or 6 years. That benefit alone reduces college cost by 25-50%. We inform your academic choices and college selection based on the life you want to live and the career you want to have. In addition, we will help you develop your College Success Road Map. You also get to experience living on a college campus at American University in Washington, DC.

• Develop College SUCCESS Road Map – At the SUCCESS Leadership Program you will learn leadership skills, gain career insights, and achieve hands-on results that improve your college success. No other program gives you a clear college road map.

• Three Months of Post Program Coaching – After the program your academic coach will continue to help you implement your plan when you return back to your community. The plan is based on the objective of your choice – from starting a business to community service. What is important is learning how to select objectives, develop realistic plans, and implement them with the support of your Know Limit coach with three months of post program coaching.
